Gulf Aerospace, Inc. is engaged in the maintenance of aircraft accessories for military aircraft as well as air carriers and commercial operators. Gulf Aerospace Inc.'s primary goal since inception has been to build the future of the company on the basis of long term, mutually beneficial relationships with our customers, vendors, employees and community. Our first customer is still a customer. Our Chief Inspector has been with Gulf Aerospace, Inc. since inception and our average tenure of employees is 18 years. Gulf Aerospace, Inc. has maintained an inspection and quality program since inception in 1984 in compliance with Title 14, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 145 (formally Federal Aviation Regulations Part 145) and Military Specification MIL-I-45208A. In 1996, Gulf Aerospace, Inc. was accepted by the Joint Aviation Authorities for maintenance of aircraft components under JAA Part 145.10. On October 12, 2004 the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) replaced the Joint Aviation Authorities (JAA). Gulf Aerospace, Inc. is approved for EASA under EASA.145.4500.
Gulf Aerospace, Inc. implemented additional policies and procedures in 2000 to comply with ISO 9002 and received a Certificate of Registration from United Registrar of Systems Ltd. in August 2000. Gulf Aerospace, Inc. strives to constantly improve and received certification in compliance with ISO 9001:2000 on July 08, 2002 from United Registrar of Systems Ltd. and the Defense Contract Management Agency on September 17, 2002. In August of 2009 Gulf Aerospace obtained a certificate of registration to ISO 9001:2008.
Gulf Aerospace, Inc. is committed to achieving customer satisfaction and confidence through control techniques, planned systematic production and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements as stated on our quality policy as detailed in our Quality Management Systems Manual. Objectives are developed and enhanced through our audit, preventive corrective action plans and biannual Management Review Board Meetings as detailed in our Quality Management Systems Manual.
This commitment starts from our President's office and is communicated through all levels of the organization. Our Quality Management Systems Manual, Repair Sation Quality Manual and EASA supplement, Employee Handbook, Work Instructions, computer wizards, training, memos, reference cards, meetings, written, verbal and internet communication ensure the implementation of our quality policy and objectives and continual improvement.
